THORNTON AND THORNTON CONSTRUCTION, located in the Woodburn area, services the Willamette
Valley, Albany to Portland.
Steve Thornton started in the residential construction industry in 1970 just out of
High School as he worked his way through College. Fresh out of college and just married, THORNTON AND THORNTON ENTERPRISES
began Residential Construction Contracting in South Central Washington State. After 6 years as General Contractor in Washington,
Thornton and Thornton moved to California and immediately began Residential Construction out of Southern California.
With nearly 30 years in residential construction and 15 years of that as a General Contractor, Steve Thornton and his late wife, Vicki,
Began Thornton and Thornton Construction here in Oregon in 2006. Vicki passed in 2012 of cancer, but, in her memory, I will continue the highest
standards of construction and remodel. The photo above is still a good photo. I am still a smaller, Mom and Pop type business.
We specialize in CUSTOM work, handling all phases of residential remodel and additions, from foundation to roof and everything between. We love
breaking ground and we love putting on the finishing touches that make the project shine. We are exceptionally good at wood and tile flooring,
cabinets, painting (inside and out), new vinyl windows, siding, porches and decks, and remodeling to accomodate wheelchair access. We will remodel
inside, add-on outside or build UP.

every aspect of the remodeling and building process, and bringing innovative solutions in its course.
